Where do you ship to? +
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 10–14 business days. The total estimated delivery time including processing is generally 14–21 business days.
What is the daily order cutoff? +
The daily cutoff is 3:00 PM (CET/CEST). Orders received after that, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available for your shipment.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? +
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@swatch-royalpop.de. Address changes may no longer be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order? +
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Cancellation & Returns
How long is the right of withdrawal? +
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. For more information, see our cancellation policy.
How do I return an item? +
Please contact us at info@swatch-royalpop.de before sending anything back. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping? +
In the case of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping in accordance with § 357 (6) BGB, provided we have advised them of this. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund? +
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
