Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order via the order button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a contract. The order confirmation sent by email is automatic and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an explicit order confirmation or by shipping the goods.

Product information and availability

We strive to display product information, prices, images, and availability accurately. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or product photography.

Should a product no longer be available after receipt of your order, we will inform you immediately and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement product, a credit note or a refund.

Prices and Payment

All prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated. The final order total, including taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or fees, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment is due upon completion of the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not successfully authorized or if a fraud check is negative.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and handover to the shipping provider.

The daily order deadline is 3:00 PM (CET/CEST) . Orders received after this deadline, on Sundays or public holidays, will be processed starting the next working day.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland . Shipping to other countries is not possible at this time.

After processing, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–14 working days . The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is typically 14–21 working days .

In individual cases, delays may occur due to shipping service providers, holidays, high order volume, address checks or external circumstances.

Customer address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Royal Pop is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@swatch-royalpop.de . Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Right of withdrawal and return

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Details regarding the deadline, procedure, conditions and consequences of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy .

Please contact us at info@swatch-royalpop.de before any return so that we can provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

refund

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item . Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Liability for defects

The statutory warranty rights apply. Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items to us immediately by email at info@swatch-royalpop.de, including your order number and clear photos of the goods, packaging, and shipping label.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse our website, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to provide false information.

Final Provisions

The law of the provider’s country of domicile applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In contracts with consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the consumer is not deprived of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
