Shipping policy

At Royal Pop, we carefully process and ship orders to customers within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This shipping policy explains our processing time, shipping area, estimated delivery times, daily cut-off time, shipment tracking, and customer support.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order review, payment verification, preparation, packaging, and handover to the shipping company.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during our business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM . Sundays and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

Deadline for submissions

Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (CET/CEST) . Orders received before this time can be processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping company, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–14 business days . The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is typically 14–21 business days .

Shipping area

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland . Shipping to other countries is not possible at this time.

Shipping costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process before you complete your order. Available shipping promotions will also be shown at checkout.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available for your shipment. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Delivery delays

We strive to deliver all orders within the stated delivery time. Occasionally, delays may occur due to the shipping company, weather conditions, high order volume, address verification, holidays, or other external circumstances. If you experience a delay, please contact us so we can check the shipment status for you.

Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Royal Pop is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or missing packages

If the tracking information shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, please first check the delivery address, ask roommates, neighbors, or your building management. If the package is still missing, please contact us for further assistance.
